About Us

The Elizabeth Development team is lead by Land'ago Real Estate Advisors, in partnership with Concrete Ideas, LLC…Two companies who share a passion and commitment to the development of Intown neighborhoods.

Land'ago currently handles the day-to-day responsibility for property development and leasing. With its office located in Inman Park, Land'ago sees the wisdom of improving and investing in the neighborhood. On the heels of several years of traditional real estate, Land'ago was formed to address the real estate market from a different perspective. The Company is strategically focused on delivering all facets of real estate development in a targeted geographic area. Land development affects retail viability which is directly impacted by residential construction and density. It is a simple formula given the Company's intense commitment to fully understanding the Intown neighborhoods. This is an exciting project and Land'ago is thrilled to be responsible for all aspects of the design, project management and leasing.

In early 2000, Concrete Ideas, LLC, purchased the site of The Elizabeth as well as the adjacent abandoned building, 910-918 Austin Avenue. "The Austin" was renovated and is now home to many successful businesses including a dry cleaner, nail salon, Inman Park Pet Works (www.inmanparkpetworks.com) and the neighborhood eatery, "The Albert" (www.thealbertatlanta.com).

A mere mile up the street, Concrete Ideas, LLC went out on a limb in 1985, long before Virginia Highland was "cool", and purchased its first local venue, Neighbor's Pub (www.neighborsatlanta.com). Five years later, the Company committed once again to the neighborhood and purchased the defunct building located at 816-818 North Highland Avenue and opened Dark Horse Tavern (www.darkhorseatlanta.com) and the Nationally Recognized 10 High live music venue. More recently the third floor renovation was completed and now houses The Warren, a private city club that boasts amazing skyline views. Concrete Ideas has continued to invest in residential, commercial and retail real estate throughout the neighborhood including the renovation of 780 North Highland Avenue and the introduction of Wolf Camera, Virginia Highland's first National Retailer. Concrete Idea s, LLC began operating 841 North Highland Avenue in 1990 and purchased the property in 1995. The company has spent 23 years investing in this neighborhood's growth and it is with great enthusiasm that Concrete Ideas is now developing THE MIX (www.themix841.com).

Early in the process, Land'ago and Concrete Ideas, LLC collectively concluded that the best partners are partners that share a common interest and, in this case, developing Intown neighborhoods was at the top of that list. There has been a great deal of effort put into the process of choosing partners to develop The Elizabeth.
